WILDCROFT COTTAGE
Dunsborough, Western Australia
The Cottage
Wildcroft is a heritage cottage set on an old rural property between Dunsborough and Yallingup. Constructed from local timbers in the early 1900s, the cottage has been lovingly restored, retaining its rustic character while adding the comforts of a modern stay.
Surrounded by established gardens and lawn, with the old barn and neighbouring farmland beyond, Wildcroft offers a little piece of the countryside just five minutes from both Dunsborough and Yallingup.
The cottage has two queen bedrooms, each with quality linen and its own reverse-cycle air conditioning.
The main bedroom has a private ensuite with a shower and bath, while the second bathroom is accessed from the hallway. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.
The Bedrooms
The fully renovated kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, dishwasher and butler’s sink, with kitchenware provided for cooking during your stay.
Adjoining the kitchen is a small, relaxed living area overlooking the backyard.
The Kitchen
The cottage opens onto a large backyard, with lawn, garden beds and old timber verandahs providing plenty of space to enjoy being outside.
A rustic open shed provides a covered outdoor area, with a timber dining table and chairs, handmade jarrah bar and plenty of seating overlooking the yard. The old barn and neighbouring farmland form part of Wildcroft's rural setting.

The Details
You'll have the cottage and garden to yourselves during your stay, with self check-in provided for flexibility. I live locally and am available by phone if you need anything during your stay.
Wildcroft is set on an old rural property, around 50 metres from Caves Road. As a busy tourist route, some road noise can be heard from the property, particularly during peak holiday periods.
The property adjoins farmland and there are no fences along parts of the boundary. Guests are welcome to enjoy the cottage and garden, but the historic barn and neighbouring farmland aren't accessible to guests.
Pets aren't permitted at Wildcroft due to the unfenced property and neighbouring livestock.
